Todays post is from a recent trip I took to Miami with some friends for Spring Break. I have been to Miami a couple of times in the past few months and have explored the city quite a bit! I've put together a brief Miami South Beach Guide based on my recommendations of some of my favorite places to check out! I hope you enjoy!
For going out I recommend Bodega, The Wall at the W, LIV, and the Basement. Bodega is a nice spot and usually has a lot of locals, whereas LIV tends to be more touristy. LIV is located in the Fontainebleau and is a much larger club. The Wall is always a good time and located in a beautiful hotel. This past trip we went to the basement which I had been wanting to go to for a while. It is a nigh club with bowling and ice skating! Very different and a cool concept.
The Fontainebleau is also nice for lunch and day parties by the pool. It tends to get pretty busy and can be overwhelming at times so make sure you go when you wouldn't mind loud music and crowds!
On the last day we decided to try Nikki Beach for brunch. I had heard great things and wanted to check it out. I thought it was a little over priced at around $85 per person, but it was a buffet "all you can eat." The atmosphere was nice and a good place to go with a group!
If you enjoy shopping and streetwear, definitely check out Kith Miami. Kith is a popular store also located in NYC. The store is know for their pricy streetwear as well as their Kith Treats section. They mix together ice cream, cereals, and other delicious toppings. Additionally, some restaurants I recommend include Prime 112, STK, Nobu, and the restaurants at the Delano Hotel.
If you find this post helpful please let me know! I also have two other Miami posts where I talk about more activities and things to do like shopping in Bal Harbour and checking out the Wynnwood Walls! Have a great weekend!
